An OnAir link is a unique URL that you can share with your contacts. When they click on the link, they will be connected to you via a phone call. It looks something like (https://onair.com/username).
You can create as many links as you want (subject to plan limits), and turn them on or off as needed. You can also have the link ring on your colleagues' phones when you're offline.
It's good when you don't want to share your permanent contact details, or want to create a support line for your customers that rotates between your team members. It's very versatile!
If you receive a call on your OnAir link, and that call lasts for ten minutes, then you've consumed 10 minutes from your monthly minute allowance. If you hit your limit, you won't be able to accept new calls. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more minutes.
OnAir costs as low as $9/user/month. This price is per user, per month. Other pricing plans are displayed on this page. Higher enterprise plans are available starting at $250/month for up to 50 users.
